The detailing continues. Cheeks full of whiskers and getting those spots painted on. So many spots...

So this is the really fun part. I added just a touch of base color to blend her fur colors together... Then I finally started applying her spots. Really bringing out her character! I feel like it's a she :)
The head and face begins to emerge from the fluff!... Here's the difference between the trimmed side and the untrimmed side. Details start to really pop out. After trims this guy will get some thread sculpting as well before I apply the dyes...
I've been working on the paws of this big cat. Happy to show some progress! He will have realistic faux leather paw pads that appropriately are soft and squishy to touch. Needs a bit more trimming and detail work, but well on it's way in this photo! These paws also have retractable plushie claws! Again, more finishing details needed but you can see it coming along nicely.
So the leopard has a tail now, but I can't help wondering if it might look better in a longer fur fabric... I simulated a longer fur tail here. I think I personally like it this way more, but I am a fan of big, poofy tails. I think I will leave this up to the commissioner!
